Mexico’s rural areas suffer from deep problems; nevertheless, problems become worse at rural Indian areas in extreme poverty. That is why, and according to the Millennium Development Objectives, we have left behind scattered projects in different communities in order to set a Development Plan which fully benefits the communities, and focusing our efforts on the poorest communities in Mexico in the states of Oaxaca, San Luis Potosi and Veracruz. |
